The ultrasonic wind vane provides very high accuracy with no moving parts to wear out.

The sensor connects directly to the standard Walker DIN 144 P1249 wind speed and direction indicator and the P1255 weather indicator.

An optional sensor (P1263) can also be added to measure sea water temperature if required.

With the addition of the P1066, this system also offers the option of true wind and can also be incorporated with the 7070Mk2 EM speed log for complete wind, weather, speed and distance readings in one complete package at a very reasonable price.

This high quality and robust unit is simple to install on either new build vessels or to retrofit and is expandable with additional indicators.
